Music Meets Runway is an industry event that promotes talented performers/entertainers along side up-and-coming Fashion designers.
The event, now in its second year, aims to promote talents in the Music and Fashion industries by fusing performances by some of the most outstanding artists in the Nigerian Music industry and with a runway showcase featuring some of the most creative designs by up-and-coming designers Nigeria has to offer from Pret-a-Porter to Couture Fashion.
The efforts to support Fashion and Music goes beyond entertainment, it also provides opportunities for philanthropic growth through the MUSIC MEETS RUNWAY FOUNDATION as a percentage of proceeds raised from the event is donated to Local Government Schools to encourage young students follow their dreams as most of these schools are plagued with infrastructural deficit common to the Nigerian educational system.
The foundation has in the past and will continue to donate supplies such as textbooks, notepads, dictionaries, stationery, shoes, bags and many more to schools. This goes further gooes to demonstrate Le Reve’s commitment to give back to society, under its corporate social responsibility program, thereby developing the future leaders of the country.
Finally, something we can all revel on...Fashion is really improving.
