Below are 10 Acne-fighting tips to consider this week

1. Don’t forget to regularly clean the sponge you’re applying foundation with. It can collect dirt and dust and cause your face to break out

2. Salicylic acid causes the skin to naturally exfoliate its layers quicker, helping acne go away, and also prevents new acne from forming.

4. Your cell phone screen is covered in bacteria! Gently clean the screen of your cell phone daily with an antibacterial wipe

6. Make Acne Scars Vanish = Dab lime juice directly on affect areas, for 60m then rinse warm water. Repeat 2x daily for 2weeks

7. Did you know that pineapple is great for de-clogging pores? Use a facial cleanser or polishing treatment with pineapple

8. Aloe Vera has been a popular skin treatment for centuries. Many people have found that it also makes for one of the better acne remedies. Because Aloe Vera naturally reduces redness and swelling, this quality helps you get rid of acne. Not only will it reduce the appearance of your acne, but it’s also an excellent thing to use as part of your everyday skincare regiment. Your skin will look smoother and clearer as you begin to use Aloe Vera daily.

MODEL 101: HOW TO START YOUR MODELING CAREER

Credit

If people have always told you that you should be a model, and you've been looking at models in magazines and on billboards, with a voice in your head saying, “That should be me”, you may be wondering… what’s next? Where do you start and how do you get your foot inside the door of the modeling world? Here, I’ll lay out a few basic steps that every aspiring model should follow.

1. Choose A market

In modeling, there are various different markets, and choosing the one that you are most suitable for will have a major effect on your success. The main markets are for catwalk, plus-size, commercial, and swimsuit/lingerie models.

Catwalk models are generally at least 5’8″ and, as we all know, quite thin with very few curves. Plus size models also tend to be about this same height but most wear over a size 10. Commercial models, on the other hand, can be a little shorter and their body types can be more diverse – imagine the type of models you see in catalogs and television commercials here. Lastly, swimsuit/lingerie models, often referred to as glamour models, often have larger chests with smaller waists.

Now I know a lot of you women out here are wondering if it's possible to actually grow African hair. Not just just grow it, but also make it stronger and thicker, right? Well, after thorough research and also using my own hair as an experiment, the very likelyhood of an African girl's hair growing, is possible!
our hair does grows, but it also breaks at the same speed that it grows too! But I've got some tips that'll help you grow, thicken and stop the breakage of your hair.

1. Shampoo and condition your hair at least once a week- Now i know that is somewhat difficult to do because most of us once we've got our braids or extensions in, we just don't want water touching it till the next time we take it out, right? But even with braids in or weaves in, you can still shampoo your hair, visit your hair salonist and let them know you want to wash your hair. it's that simple! plus in the salon, they'll not only shampoo and condition it, but they
